When the properties on either side of this client’s property were developed, his long street frontage became more exposed. The scope of this project was limited mainly to the front property line and front garden, but included a driveway apron relocation, a negotiation involving large boulders, and the relocation of some large trees.

The driveway was moved from the left front corner of the property where, due to the orientation to the road, the parking area and garage were in plain sight. We created a motor court near the fr4ont entry to the house, and built a berm to privatize the area near the garage. The berm also added a higher aesthetic to the property’s frontage.

Hand drawn from available plans. Completed 2001

Most of the foundation landscaping was in good condition and remained in place. We matched some of the material to enhance the driveway environs
