New farmhouse style home built on 150 acre rolling natural landscape. Overall project included a sports court, animal barn, run-ins, large back yard pool, grading and stormwater management. Client wanted to maintain a large portion of the property for grazing. Landscape plan included classic features such as Ha-ha walls and perspective screening. Tree preservation played an important part in the finished landscape. Massive boulders were harvested and used at the property’s gate and throughout the landscape.
